ACSI Leadership Network - Early Education

I am looking to do some job descriptions comparisons and I need a little help with Assistant Director and Director. When my previous director retired, I kept my entire job description and assumed all of hers also. I am hoping doing some comparisons will help me allocate responsibilities well.
