Hi Kathy,Thanks for sharing this. It is the topic for my podcast this month and my snapshot article for June. Self-care and managing our mental health is a matter of stewardship. We often neglect the primary reason we want to be good stewards of our spirit, soul, and body. I want to hear "Well done, my good and faithful servant," as it pertains to self-management. That means I must spend significant time with the Father. I'm learning to just soak in His presence, a few things i am doing in this season of life are:1) Walking and listening to the birds and looking at the flowers2) Listening to the word of God, purely scripture3) Spending time with people who speak godly words of affirmation over my identity and purpose4) Listening to podcasts and webinars that build my sense of efficacyTake care to love your neighbor as you love yourself this month.Blessings,Althea
