Dr. Schultz has given his life to educating future generations according to God’s plan for the past 53 years. For the past 6 years, Dr. Schultz has given his full-time attention to training the next generation of Christian educators on a biblical philosophy of education through Kingdom Education Ministries.  In 2014 he completed 9 years serving as an associate pastor at Sherwood Baptist Church and Headmaster of Sherwood Christian Academy.  Prior to this, Glen directed the Christian school work at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN for 9 years.

 Glen is the author of 3 books Kingdom Education™: God’s Plan for Educating Future Generations, Understanding Kingdom Education™: A Challenge for the Home, Church and School, and Applying Kingdom Education™: Following God’s Instructions for Educating Future Generations. and several parenting booklets including Home Invasion, Shepherding, 20/20 Vision and Contaminated Water.

Dr. Scott Toenges has taught for over two decades at The First Academy, Orlando FL - a Christian college prep school - serving as Christian Studies department chair. Dr. Toenges is also an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University teaching Apologetics, and World Religions, among other courses. Scott received his D. Min. at Southern Evangelical Seminary in Apologetics.

Dr. Liz Wiggins is a dynamic and engaging counselor educator who believes in utilizing experiential learning opportunities, both online and in-person. She comes to Colorado Christian University with experience as a clinical mental health counselor and school counselor. Dr. Wiggins is passionate about researching counselor development and the use of holistic interventions in counseling. Her research has been presented at local, state, and national conferences. Dr. Wiggins holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Adams State University.

Dr. Lynn Swaner is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at ACSI, where she leads initiatives and develops strategies to address compelling questions and challenges facing Christian education. Prior to joining ACSI she served as a Christian school administrator and a graduate professor of education. Dr. Swaner serves as a Cardus Senior Fellow and is the lead author or editor of several books on Christian education, including Flourishing Together: A Christian Vision for Students, Educators, and Schools (forthcoming 2021, Eerdmans), MindShift: Catalyzing Change in Christian Education, PIVOT: New Directions for Christian Education, and Bring It to Life: Christian Education and the Transformative Power of Service-Learning. She received her EdD from Teachers College, Columbia University, in New York City.

Dr. Phil Gelatt is the Director of the High School Program for the Ron Blue Institute for Financial Planning. Phil brings over 35 years of Christian education experience as a teacher, coach, principal and school head. He is passionate for Christian education and has experience and expertise in critical areas of resource and financial planning.  He received his undergraduate degree at Summit University, his Master’s from Grace Theological Seminary, and his doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jerry Nelson is the Special Assistant to the President at ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International). He provides leadership and professional expertise in the planning and implementation of initiatives identified in ACSI's new Strategic Plan. He also leads the internal staff professional development, and oversees the biblical worldview integration task force for the Flourishing School Institute. A major part of Jerry’s role involves helping ACSI develop resources  to address diversity issues from a Biblical worldview, both within the ministry and for  member schools. His background as Head of an inner-city school, and experience working with minority students and families, gives him an indispensable understanding of how to achieve this goal.

Jerry most recently served as Head of School at Northwest Christian Academy in Miami, FL for 11 years. Among other accomplishments , Jerry created a Professional Teacher Development Program, a Student Leadership Development Program, a Parent Education Program, and wrote three books and several educational documents specifically for NCA teachers, students and parents.
